The Lesson: Surgeons fix bodies, but communication fixes fear. Baldev didn’t just climb the corporate ladder; he re-engineered it using this frontline intelligence.
Before he was a consultant, Baldev was a client. He spent 15 years as a leader responsible for the lifeblood of national healthcare chains. As the youngest Country Head of a ₹500 CR national hospital giant, he sat in the chair you are sitting in now.
He lived the “Template Trap.” He watched global agencies walk into his boardroom with glossy FMCG playbooks, trying to sell cardiac surgery like they were selling soda. He saw the systemic failure of “surface-level Communication” that chased clicks while ignoring clinical reputation.
The Rebellion: In 2013, he walked away from the corporate peak to build the partner he always wished he could hire. He founded Prius Healthcare (a unit of Prius Communications) with a mandate reflected in its name: Latin for “You First.”
